Terms of Service

PAYMENT:
- All payments are accepted in U.S. dollars only, and must clear before shipping.
- All purchases are combined into one payment invoice, please don't pay for separate transactions.
- Due to rules & policies we are unable to ship outside your original payment's address.

RETURNS:
- We apoligize for inconvenience as of 3/30/20, NO returns & NO exchanges on any item purchased on eCrater.com only. All items are purchased 'AS-IS', with no warranty or service implied or given.

SHIPPING:
- We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excludes weekends & holidays). Any orders received by 10am (PST) will be shipped same day. Orders received after 10am (PST), then items will promptly be sent next shipping day. We may re-use clean boxes & envelopes for orders, helps to keep our shipping costs down.
- P.O. Box & US Protectorates are shipped via U.S. post office services only.
- We DO NOT ship to International locations on eCrater.com

MISC INFO:
- All items are coming from a clean & smoke free site.
- Images posted may appear larger than actual size. Refer to description for approximate sizing & measurements. Basically what you see in the images is what the buyer will receive. Any rulers, displays or mannequins are not included, and only meant for images as a visual aid guideline and/or measurements. Nothing else included.
- All items purchased come from official U.S. distributors, in packed pallets.
- Any items we sell are new or used, customer return, store demo, closeout, supplier buyout, store shelf pull or other. We never know exact history of any item we receive, but we strive to be honest with our customers.
- No service & no warranties given or implied.
- We are not experts in any field. Our store only writes relevant information, based on physical aspects of the product, online research or packaging description(if applicable).
