No problem. Please send us a message before this item is shipped. However, if the item has already been shipped, then we cannot retrieve the package.
Please note: Paypal charges sellers a reversal fee for any cancelation. At seller's discretion & depending on cost, seller has the right to charge non-compliance cancelation charge, only if buyer chooses to cancel before item is shipped. Thank you for understanding.

Yes. Contact us prior to checkout. We will send you an reduced invoice. However, if you send an email after paying, unfortunately then we will have to ship items separately, based on your checkout. We cannot alter or refund shipping payments.
Each item is carefully packed. Some items are given more care than others, but all of items are securely wrapped safely inside a box or envelope.
Yes. We can only ship via USPS service for any APO/FPO service. Some oversized or large items may be excluded from USPS. You are welcome to contact us prior to purchase.
We can only offer whatever eCrater system allows sellers to provide. Right now, the only acceptable shipping service is USPS.

On the day of shipment, Tracking is auto uploaded to your purchase activity, on paypal. Add'l confirmation is sent to your email address. However, if you didn't receive your tracking in your regular email, please check your spam or junk mail box. Sometimes, not receiving an email is typically from a spam block.
YES, we ship products to P.O. Boxes. Some oversized or large items may be excluded from USPS. You are welcome to contact us prior to purchase.
Unfortunately NO, we cannot change your address due to Paypal rules and policies.
If buyer makes us cancel the transaction, then a paypal cancelation fee will deducted to transaction.
If the item is in transit, then there is nothing we can do, buyer's package is already shipped and on the way.
Unfortunately NO, we cannot offer will call orders for pick up. We do not have the capabilities to handle customers for in store pick ups as we're a shipping facility only.

Yes. No item leaves our location, without some form of tracking or delivery confirmation number. Buyer will be provided a number at time of shipment.
Delivery time varies. We do our very best to get the item out quickly. Please understand, we don't control the shipping service time. Shipping usually is delivered within 7 to 10 delivery days or less. Outside the U.S. mainland, expect delays up to 30 days or less. Contact your shipping service directly, to receive a exact delivery time frame.
We get this question quite often, and want to put the buyer's mind at ease.
Our company will only purchase items from officially licensed U.S. wholesalers. The items we post are AUTHENTIC & OFFICIALLY LICENSED, otherwise we don't post them. We control the authenticity by making sure our wholesalers are fully licensed to carry any brand that we resell online in our store.
We ship items Monday, Wednesday, Fridays only. Any orders received by 10am (pacific standard time), will be processed and shipped same day. Any orders received at 10:01am or after will be shipped next business day on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
